Getting You Back to Sport
When you’re near the end of your rehab journey, treatment needs to go beyond a clinical room or treadmill.
You need space. You need movement. And you need to feel ready.
That’s what the Outdoor Rehab Area is for. We use it to:
- Rebuild explosive power through sprinting, jumping, and plyometric drills
- Restore change-of-direction skills with agility ladders and cutting drills
- Develop sport-specific confidence through passing, kicking, and multidirectional movement
- Challenge real-world coordination on grass — not just flat floors
- Bridge the gap between gym-based rehab and live, unpredictable activity
Whether your goal is rugby, running, tennis or five-a-side, this is where we get you match-fit again.
What’s Out There?
Our Outdoor Rehab Area is where late-stage rehab meets real-world performance.
Whether you’re returning to sport, recovering from surgery, or rebuilding athletic confidence, this space gives you the room — and the right surface — to run, jump, cut, and move like you need to.
Surrounded by fields, tucked quietly away from the main clinic, and fully equipped for advanced rehabilitation, this is where you leave behind rehab — and start training for what’s next.
You won’t find mirrors or machines here — just space, resistance, and real movement.
All of it is designed to challenge you — and build your confidence in movement that matters.
Supervised. Structured. Purposeful.
The Outdoor Rehab Area is not a bootcamp. It’s not a gym. And it’s never used unsupervised.
Every session is:
- Led by your therapist or rehab specialist
- Based on your injury, goals, and sport
- Designed to replicate the movement demands you’ll face after rehab
- Adapted to your level — and progressed only when you’re ready
We may also integrate equipment from the [Rehab Studio ➔], [ForceFrame® ➔], or [AlterG® ➔] as part of your wider plan.
This is all about smart, structured rehab — not just hard work.
