Jaime is an absolutely fantastic physio! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has now helped fix me up before two huge events: UTMB CCC and the Marathon des Sables. I couldn’t have completed them without him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - Jaime is simply the best!

I have used physio fitness twice now for running related injuries. Most recently I have had Jaime treat me for a tedon injury.
He managed to diagnose my injury very quickly and began treatment straight away.
I found Jaime very professional and very friendly, making me feel comfortable and aware of what he was doing the whole time.
If I am in the unfortunate position of needing a sports physio again in the future I will most definatly be returning to physio fitness for help

Following a left side nerve problem with surgery to fuse C4/C5 discs with a plate and then a full left knee replacement I was looking for more help to get me back into the best possible condition given my issues and my age. A set of treatments firstly with Lewis on my left knee followed by Emily on my shoulder and back; I am now seeing the significant benefits of their, expertise, listining, active treatment and targeted exercises. This has helped me improve my overall strength and flexabilty, plus more importantly my enjoyment of the sports I love. Highly recommended.

Last year- 2023, I was down to have a partial knee replacement. However, after learning of Physio Fitness early this year, I set about making an appointment to see what they had to offer. I had an initial assessment by Dave Mott who recommended 12 physio sessions with Lewis Rowe and 10 days of regeneration of cartilage and bone via MBST. I had 6 physio sessions of 1hr each twice weekly before and after the MBST treatment with laser treatment before each hour’s physio. I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my physio with Lewis who was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what exercises were required to improve my knee movement and reduce the pain. In fact, just a few sessions with Lewis teaching some beneficial exercises in the gym and to follow up at home seemed to have an immediate effect. 7 months on and I won’t be having any knee joint replacements! I’m able to continue with my golf, dog walks and no longer wear any knee support or apply pain remedies. Thanks also to the friendly support staff who made the whole experience pleasurable. The overall approach has been good and she has had a very positive experience. Mark, in particular was instrumental in us uncovering a long-standing progressive illness for which we are extremely grateful.
