Alexander Cull
Chiropractor
Alexander graduated from Health Sciences University (formerly the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic) in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic. His passion for chiropractic, musculoskeletal healthcare and multidisciplinary care stems from his background in sport – he played youth and professional football with Southampton Football Club until the age of 21, where he developed a strong appreciation for the role healthcare professionals play in injury management, rehabilitation, performance and overall wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Alexander is a self-confessed “professional amateur” when it comes to endurance sport. Having completed the London and Paris Marathons as well as Ironman Wales and Ironman Leeds, he understands both the rewards and the challenges of pursuing ambitious goals while balancing work, training, family and social commitments.
People are at the heart of his approach to care. He believes the best outcomes come from working collaboratively, taking the time to understand what matters most to each individual, and creating personalised treatment plans that help them achieve their goals and get back to doing the things they enjoy.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has now helped fix me up before two huge events: UTMB CCC and the Marathon des Sables. I couldn’t have completed them without him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - Jaime is simply the best!Posted on Google Tony WebbTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After being very devious that physio would help me I was very mistaken. Paul Talked me through all the treatments and what can I say? Amazing Results Very highly recommended Very kind and considerate staff and in an amazing setting. Thank you all so muchPosted on Google Sam FosterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used physio fitness twice now for running related injuries. Most recently I have had Jaime treat me for a tedon injury. He managed to diagnose my injury very quickly and began treatment straight away. I found Jaime very professional and very friendly, making me feel comfortable and aware of what he was doing the whole time. If I am in the unfortunate position of needing a sports physio again in the future I will most definatly be returning to physio fitness for helpPosted on Google Neil DawkinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have known Jess for several years and she has been a tremendous help through my back pain and ahead of a pending hip operation. The clinic is full of extremely nice people and it is a pleasure to go to appointments there. Thank you Jess and the team!Posted on Google Linda JuryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My first visit and certainly won’t be my last. Great massage by Jaime. Following a left side nerve problem with surgery to fuse C4/C5 discs with a plate and then a full left knee replacement I was looking for more help to get me back into the best possible condition given my issues and my age. A set of treatments firstly with Lewis on my left knee followed by Emily on my shoulder and back; I am now seeing the significant benefits of their, expertise, listining, active treatment and targeted exercises. This has helped me improve my overall strength and flexabilty, plus more importantly my enjoyment of the sports I love. Highly recommended.Posted on Google Harry ShivasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with Alex Cull. From start to finish, Alex was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my issues, explained everything clearly, and the treatment itself was highly effective. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for top-notch chiropractic care!Posted on Google Dave NewnhamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last year- 2023, I was down to have a partial knee replacement. However, after learning of Physio Fitness early this year, I set about making an appointment to see what they had to offer. I had an initial assessment by Dave Mott who recommended 12 physio sessions with Lewis Rowe and 10 days of regeneration of cartilage and bone via MBST. I had 6 physio sessions of 1hr each twice weekly before and after the MBST treatment with laser treatment before each hour’s physio. I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my physio with Lewis who was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what exercises were required to improve my knee movement and reduce the pain. In fact, just a few sessions with Lewis teaching some beneficial exercises in the gym and to follow up at home seemed to have an immediate effect. 7 months on and I won’t be having any knee joint replacements! I’m able to continue with my golf, dog walks and no longer wear any knee support or apply pain remedies. Thanks also to the friendly support staff who made the whole experience pleasurable. Kind regards, Dave N.Posted on Google Alan FolleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife has been visiting Physio Fitness regularly to see the osteopath (Mark) and the physio (Emily). The overall approach has been good and she has had a very positive experience. Mark, in particular was instrumental in us uncovering a long-standing progressive illness for which we are extremely grateful. A lovely group of people in a very pleasant setting. We would have no hesitation in recommending.
