Paul Jacklin

Physiotherapist & Sports Therapist

Paul is a Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist from the South of England. He completed all of his studies at the University of Chichester, finishing his MSci in Sports Therapy in 2019, where he completed a year’s internship at Ospreys Rugby in Swansea working with the First Team and Senior and Junior Academies. After graduation Paul worked in Berkshire within a physiotherapy company, splitting his time between private clinic work and leading the medical provision for Bracknell Town Football Club’s first team and academy. He then moved on to work for Wellington College as first-team therapist of their rugby team, completing two tours with their rugby and hockey teams – and during this time he was back studying at Chichester for his MSc in Physiotherapy.

Paul was initially drawn to physiotherapy through a love of sport, but has found a greater calling in working clinically to help his clients get back to whatever activities they wish to pursue – whether that’s back to sport or back to walking. He prides himself on a friendly face and positive attitude to complement his knowledge of both acute and chronic injuries, making the whole injury process more enjoyable.

When not working, Paul can be found trying his hand at various different sports (although, by his own admission, not all that well). He has a particular affinity for rugby – both watching and playing (mostly watching) – and enjoys walks with his dog in the New Forest and keeping active in the gym.
